Health and safety are always our highest priority, and we adhere to the authorities’ guidelines and recommendations. New measures have been introduced to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus, effective from 1 December 2021,
MyDOG is an event that with several different component parts, including competitions, demonstrations, lectures and exhibitions. To protect all participants against infection, we have introduced the following measures:
• All visitors and dog exhibitors need to present a valid vaccination certificateto attend MyDOG
• Larger areas for cafés and restaurants to reduce crowding
• Ample hand disinfection stations throughout the venue
• Morerings than in previous years, spread over larger areas, to reduce any possible crowding
• Veterinary inspectionswill start at different times to reduce queues
• We are extending the times for the competition, further reducing the risk of congestion
• We will provide an app allowing you to follow thelatest schedule andresults in real time. In this way, everyone will stay updated and can arrive just in time for the breed they are exhibiting or are interested in seeing
• To reduce queues at the entrance, we will make our discounted online price available throughout the event
We are continuously monitoring the development of the pandemic and will follow the authorities’ guidelines and recommendations at all times. This means that more measures may need to be applied in addition to those listed above, if the authorities update their restrictions. When you come to MyDOG
To be able to visit MyDOG, you need a valid vaccination certificate, your ID and your ticket. Check that the vaccination certificate is valid on the date you intend to visit.
Here are some simple considerations to make your visit easier:
• Come in good time
• Entry will take longer than usual as you must first present your vaccination certificate and then your ticket
• Have your vaccination certificate and ID ready for inspection
• Your vaccination certificate must be downloaded onto your mobile phone or printed on paper for presentation
• Show your ticket
• After you have presented your vaccination certificate, we will check your ticket as usual.
Your responsibility as a visitor
As a visitor, it is important that you continue to follow the Public Health Agency’s advice and recommendations to protect yourself and others from the spread of Covid-19. Stay at home if you have one or more of these symptoms:
• Fever
• Cough
• Difficulty breathing
• Cold
• Sore throat
• Headache
• Nausea
• Muscle and joint pain
