FOOD & DRINK
Stand catering with care
Food and drink accounts for over 30% of our emissions. As an exhibitor, you can reduce your carbon footprint by choosing climate-smart and plant-based options when ordering stand catering. We help you calculate the appropriate quantities to reduce food waste, and we also present the carbon footprint of each dish and product. Choose organic, locally produced, fair trade options when possible.
ACCOMMODATION
Eco-certified hotels – a lift ride from the event
Stay at one of our eco-certified hotels, Gothia Towers or Upper House. Everything you need is within walking distance. GETTING HERE
Travel with the climate in mind
The main emissions in connection with an event usually occur during transport to and from the event. Make climate-smart choices to reduce the carbon footprint of your travel. The Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre is located in central Gothenburg and is easily accessible by public transport. Trains, trams, and buses are all great options and depart from the Central Station. For travel to Gothenburg from other cities, we recommend that you choose a transportation option with the environment in mind. Don’t forget to carbon offset your journey.
